1 lb ground beef
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 (28 oz) can petite diced tomatoes
1 small can tomato sauce
4-5 chicken bouillon cubes
1-2 tomato cans water
1 cabbage, chopped
1 Tbsp basil
1 Tbsp parsley
1 Tbsp chipotle chili powder
1 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
1-2 carrots, finely chopped
1-2 potatoes, petite diced
Brown beef in large soup pot. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until flavors are well blended.
Note: This is a good crockpot recipe. The soup can be left to simmer all day in the crock pot.
